Notice is hereby given that at a general meeting of the above named charity, duly convened at 9 Westdale Gardens, Manchester M19 1JA on 16 December 2019, the following special resolution was passed:

That the Charity be wound up voluntarily and that Joint Liquidators be appointed for the purposes of such winding up.

The Charity also passed the following ordinary resolution:

That Matthew Wild and Terence Guy Jackson of RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators to the Charity, to act on a joint and several basis.
