At a General Meeting of the members of the above named Company, duly convened and held at 10 Worsdell Way, Colchester, CO4 5WQ on 9 April 2020 at 2.00 pm the following Resolutions were duly passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Andrew McTear (IP No. 007242) and Johannes Rupping (IP No. 16012) both of McTear Williams & Wood Limited, Townshend House, Crown Road, Norwich, NR1 3DT be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they be authorised to act either jointly or separately."
