NOTICE is hereby given that on 13 January 2020 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Glasgow by Alessandro Jacopo Marini, 20 Scott Street, Glasgow, G3 6PE craving the Court inter alia that GSASA Limited (“the Company”), having a registered office at 20 Scott Street, Glasgow, G3 6PE be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff at Glasgow by Interlocutor dated 14 January 2020 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; meantime also appointed Shona Joanne Campbell, Insolvency Practitioner of MHA Henderson Loggie, The Vision Building, 20 Greenmarket, Dundee, DD1 4QB to be Provisional Liquidator of the Company with all the usual powers necessary for the interim preservation of the Company’s assets and particularly the powers contained in Section 167 and Parts I, II, and III of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986; all of which notice is hereby given.
