At a General Meeting of the Members of the above named Company, duly convened and held at 1-3 Manor Road, Chatham, Kent, ME4 6AE on 9 October 2020, at 3.00 pm the following resolutions were duly passed as a special and ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that David Elliott (IP No. 8595) and Bai Cham (IP No. 18052) both of CVR Global LLP, Innovation Centre Medway, Maidstone Road, Chatham, Kent, ME5 9FD be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up and that the Joint Liquidators are to act jointly and severally."
