A Petition to wind up the above company of 3 Moor Path, Luton, LU3 1DX presented on 31 October 2018 by M.K.M. BUILDING SUPPLIES LTD claiming to be a creditor of the Company will be heard at the Business and Property Courts in Leeds, Insolvency and Companies List (ChD), 1 Oxford Row, Leeds, LS1 3BG on 8 January 2019 at 10:30 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
