Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 17 January 2020 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolutions respectively:

1. That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business and that the Company be wound up voluntarily

2. That Christopher J Petts and James Bulloss of Grant Thornton UK LLP, No1 Whitehall Riverside, Leeds, LS1 4BN be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding up

3. That the Joint Liquidators be authorised to act severally in the conduct of the Liquidation
