At a General Meeting of the members of the above named company, duly convened and held on 21 December 2021 the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively.

1. THAT the Company be wound up voluntarily.

2. THAT Neil Henry of Lines Henry Limited, 5 Tabley Court, Victoria Street, Altrincham, Cheshire, WA14 1EZ be hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of such winding up and any act required or authorised under any enactment by all or any one or more of the persons for the time being holding office.
