Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 11.2(1A) of the Insolvency Rules 1986 that the Joint Liquidators of the above-named Company intends to declare and distribute a first interim dividend to unsecured, non-preferential creditors within the period of 2 months from the last date for proving mentioned below. Every person claiming to be a creditor of the above-named Company is required, on or before 8 April 2016, which is the last date for proving, to submit his proof of debt to the Joint Liquidators, Ian James Gould (Insolvency Practitioner number 7866) and Edward Terence Kerr (Insolvency Practitioner number 9021) of BDO LLP, Two Snowhill, Birmingham B4 6GA, and, if so requested to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to the Joint Liquidators to be necessary.

Creditors who have not proved their debt by the last date for proving may be excluded from the benefit of this dividend or any other dividend declared before their debt is proved.
