At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened, and held at 21-24 Regal Road, Wisbech, PE13 2RQ on 18 January 2021 at 2.30 pm, the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Rajnesh Mittal (IP No. 15674) and Antony Barrell (IP No. 9523) both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, 2nd Floor, 170 Edmund Street, Birmingham, B3 2HB be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up.”
