At a General Meeting of the Members of the above named companies, duly convened and held at 61 Grand Avenue, London, N10 3BS on 2 July 2019, the following Resolutions were duly passed as a Special and Ordinary Resolution respectively:-

“That the Companies be wound up voluntarily and that Christopher Laughton (IP No. 6531) and Henry Nicholas Page (IP No. 12250) both of Mercer & Hole, 21 Lombard Street, London, EC3V 9AH be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Companies for the purpose of the windings-up.”

The Joint Liquidators may act jointly or severally so that all functions may be exercised by either or both of the Liquidators.
