Notice is hereby given by the convener Christopher Brooksbank (IP No. 9658) of O’Haras Limited, Moorend House, Snelsins Lane, Cleckheaton, BD19 3UE that a meeting of creditors of Greyhawk Brewery Limited c/o O'Harars Limited, Moorend House, Snelsins Lane, Cleckheaton, BD19 3UE is to be held at O'Harars Limited, Moorend House, Snelsins Lane, Cleckheaton, BD19 3UE on 10 August 2017 at 10.00 am. The meeting is a physical meeting of creditors at the request of over 10% in value of creditors pursuant to Section 246ZE(7) of the Insolvency Act 1986 ('the Act')

The purpose of the meeting is to vote on the Administrator's Proposals previously circulated to creditors. These include how the Administrator's remuneration and disbursements are to be calculated together with agreeing his pre appointment fees and determining whether a creditors committee be formed.

In order to be entitled to vote under Rule 15.28 at the meeting, creditors who have not already done so, must lodge with me at Moorend House, Snelsins Lane, Cleckheaton, BD19 3UE not later than 12.00 noon on the business day before the day before the day fixed for the meeting, details in writing of their claim together with any proxy which they intend to be used on their behalf.
