Notice is hereby given that on 17 September 2019, a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Edinburgh Sheriff Court by ESTHER ANNE HALLY, 3 Avenue Villas, Edinburgh, EH4 2HU craving inter alia that GREG STEWART JOINERS AND BUILDERS LIMITED, a company registered under the Companies Acts (company registration number SC466306) and having their registered office at 101 Rose Street South Lane, Edinburgh, EH2 3JG be wound up by the Court and Interim Liquidators to be appointed, in which Petition by Interlocutor dated 2nd October 2019 the Sheriff appointed all parties having an interest to lodge Answers within 8 days after intimation, advertisement and service and in the meantime appointed Paul Dounis and Steven Ross of RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, First Floor, Quay 2, 139 Fountainbridge, Edinburgh, EH3 9QG to be Provisional Liquidators of said Greg Stewart Joiners and Builders Limited, with the powers contained in paragraphs 4 and 5 of Parts II of schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986.
