NOTICE is hereby given to all shareholders of Greetland and District Trading Society Limited (‘the Company’) that I, Philip Booth, Liquidator of the Company require all persons with a provable shareholding in the Company to submit details of their shareholding to me at Booth & Co, Coopers House, Intake Lane, Ossett, WF5 0RG on or before 30 June 2018 and, if so requested by me, to provide such further details or produce such documentary evidence (eg a copy of a share certificate) as may be necessary.

A shareholder who does not provide the requested information before the date specified above will not be entitled to participate in the distribution of any surplus funds that may be made to shareholders.
