At a General Meeting of the members/shareholders of the above named Company, duly convened and held at the offices of BM Howarth, West House, King Cross Road, Halifax, HX1 1EB on 7 February 2018 the following resolutions were duly passed as Special Resolutions:

“That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Philip Booth (IP No. 9470) of Booth & Co, Coopers House, Intake Lane, Ossett, WF5 0RG be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding up and that (in accordance with the provisions of the Company's Rules and those of the Co-Operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014) the Liquidator be and is hereby authorised to divide and distribute amongst the members/shareholders the whole or any part of the assets of the Company."
