At a General Meeting of the above named company duly convened and held at Unit 4, Henley Court, High Street, Henley in Arden, Warwickshire, B95 5BA on 7 March 2018, the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That it has been resolved by special resolution that the company be wound up voluntarily and that Jonathan Paul Philmore (IP No. 9098) of Philmore & Co, Unit 11, Dale Street Mills, Dale Street, Longwood, Huddersfield, West Yorkshire, HD3 4TG be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the company for the purposes of such winding up.”
