At a general meeting of the above named Company, duly convened, and held at Fortis Insolvency Limited, 683-693 Wilmslow Road, Manchester, M20 6RE on 31 August 2017 the following resolutions were passed as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the Company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up the same and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Michael Reeves (IP No. 7882) of Fortis Insolvency Limited, 683-693 Wilmslow Road, Manchester, M20 6RE be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
