MEMBERS MEETING

At a General Meeting of the above named company duly convened and held at St Helens Mews, Rear of 89-99 St Helens Avenue, Swansea, SA1 4NN, on 11 October 2017, the following resolutions were duly passed:

Special Resolution

"That the company be wound up voluntarily".

Ordinary Resolution

"That Stephen John Burkinshaw of BPO Insolvency Ltd, 37 Walter Road, Swansea, SA1 5NW, United Kingdom, be appointed liquidator of the company for the purposes of the winding-up".

CREDITORS DECISION PROCEDURE

At a subsequent creditors' decision procedure on 11 October 2017 the resolutions were ratified confirming the appointment of Stephen John Burkinshaw as liquidator.
