A PETITION to wind up the above named company whose Registered Office is at 17-19 Maddox Street, London W1S 2QH presented on the 4th May 2020 by BURO HAPPOLD LIMITED whose Registered Office is at Camden Mill, Lower Bristol Road, Bath BA2 2DQ claiming to be the creditor of the company will be heard at The High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts in Leeds, Insolvency and Companies List (ChD), The Courthouse, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds LS1 3BG on the 8th day of September 2020 at 10:30 hours (or as soon hereafter as the Petition can be heard)

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give Notice of Intention to do so to the Petitioner or its solicitor in accordance with Rule 7.14 of The Insolvency Rules 2016 by 1600 hours 7th September 2020
