A Petition to wind up the above named Company of 12 Melcombe Place, London, NW1 6JJ presented on 30 May 2022 by EDF ENERGY CUSTOMERS LIMITED, OF 90 WHITFIELD STREET, LONDON, W1T 4EZ acting as a Petitioning Creditor of the Company will be heard in the High Court of Justice, Chancery Division, Companies' Court, Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on 13 July 2022 at 10.30 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
