"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Christopher Brooksbank (IP No. 9658) of CB Business Recovery, Hillside, PO Box 205, Liversedge, West Yorkshire, WF17 6WL be hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding up."
