Notice is hereby given that on 18 February 2019 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow craving the Court inter alia that GREEN OLIVE PROJECTS LTD., with its Registered Office at 2/19 Park Lane House, 47 Broad Street, Glasgow, G40 2QW be wound up by the Court; in which Petition the Sheriff at Glasgow by interlocutor dated 19 February 2019 ordained the said Green Olive Projects Ltd. and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement.
