At a general meeting of the LLP, duly convened and held at Robinson Reed Layton, Peat House, Newham Road, Truro TR1 2DP on 19 February 2019, the following Resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and as Ordinary Resolutions respectively:

"That the LLP be wound up voluntarily and that Hamish Millen Adam and Samuel Adam Bailey of Richard J Smith & Co, 53 Fore Street, Ivybridge, Devon, PL21 9AE, be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the LLP for the purposes of such winding up. It was further resolved that any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by the Liquidator may be done by all or any one or more of the persons for the time being holding such office."
