"That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Peter Nicholas Wastell (IP No. 9119) of Verulam Advisory, Fountain Court, 2 Victoria Square, St Albans, AL1 3TF be appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
