A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of Green Growth Power Limited (CRN 10056064) of Unit 5-6 Arbour Lane, Knowsley Industrial Park, Liverpool L33 7SB, presented on 17 July 2018 by ENTERPRISE REN-A-CAR UK LIMITED of Enterprise House, Vicarage Road, Egham, Surrey TW20 9FB (the "Petitioner"), claiming to be a creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Business & Property Courts in Manchester, Manchester District Registry, Manchester Civil Justice Centre, 1 Bridge Street West, Manchester M60 9DJ
