A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Greeleys Limited (11718928) of 9 Oaktree Close, Middleton St George, Darlington LS2 1HJ, whose nature of business is 49410 - Freight transport by road, presented on Thursday 02 December 2021, at 10:00 by ENTERPRISE RENT-A-CAR UK LIMITED, of Enterprise House, Vicarage Road, Egham TW20 9FB claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Business and Property Courts in Leeds, 33 Park Place, Leeds LS1 2RY on Tuesday 11 January 2022, at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
