Notice is hereby given that on 28th January 2020 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Glasgow by the Directors of Greater Pollok Properties Limited (Company Number SC220274) having their Registered Office address at c/o TC Young, 7 West George Street, Glasgow, G2 1BA (“the Company”), craving the court inter alia that the Company be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed; and that in the meantime Annette Menzies, Insolvency Practitioner of William Duncan (Business Recovery) Limited, Second Floor, 18 Bothwell Street, Glasgow, G2 6NU be appointed Provisional Liquidator of the Company; in which Petition the Sheriff at Glasgow by Interlocutor of 28th January 2020 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; and appointed the said Annette Menzies to be Provisional Liquidator of the Company with inter alia the powers contained in paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part 2 of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986; all of which notice is hereby given.
