Special Resolution

"That the company be wound up voluntarily".

Ordinary Resolution

"That Robert Cundy of Edge Recovery Limited, Hayes House, 6 Hayes Road, Bromley, Kent, BR2 9AA, be appointed liquidator of the company for the purposes of the winding-up".
