“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Simon Gwinnutt (IP No. 8877) of Cirrus Professional Services, Unit 30, The Derwent Business Centre, Clarke Street, Derby, DE1 2BU be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of winding up the Company.”
