Notice is hereby given that on 8 November 2021 a Petition was presented to Sheriff at Glasgow Sheriff Court by Barry Mochan, 168 Bath Street, Glasgow, G2 4TP, craving the Court that Grayson Corporate Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its registered office at 2nd Floor, 48 West George Street, Glasgow, G1 1BP (“the Company”) be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff at Glasgow by Interlocutor dated 8 November 2021 appointed all persons having interest to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Glasgow Sheriff Court, within eight days after intimation, service and advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
