At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened, and held at Stanford House, 19 Castle Gate, Nottingham, NG1 7AQ on 13 May 2016 at 12.00 noon the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as Ordinary Resolutions respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Christopher John Stirland and John Anthony Lowe, both of FRP Advisory LLP, Castle Acres, Everard Way, Narborough, Leicester, LE19 1BY, (IP Nos 9368 and 9513) be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up and that anything required or authorised to be done by the Joint Liquidators be done by both or either of them.”
