Notice is hereby given that at a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened and held at Montague Place, Quayside, Chatham Maritime, Kent, ME4 4QU on 29 September 2017 at 11.15 am the following resolutions were passed as a Special resolution and Ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Andrew Tate (IP No. 8960) of Kreston Reeves LLP, Montague Place, Quayside, Chatham Maritime, Kent, ME4 4QU and Maxine Reid (IP No. 11492) of Kreston Reeves LLP, Compass House, 45 Gildredge Road, Eastbourne, East Sussex, BN21 4RY be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company, and that they be authorised to act jointly and separately."
