NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 5.23 of the Insolvency (Scotland) (Receivership and Winding up) Rules 2018, that I, Charles H Sands, of CS Corporate Solutions, 64 Allardice Street, Stonehaven, AB39 2AA have been appointed Liquidator of the Company on 31 January 2020, by virtue of a deemed consent procedure.

No Liquidation Committee was established. Accordingly, I do not propose to summon a further meeting of the Company’s Creditors for the purpose of establishing a Liquidation Committee unless one tenth in value of the company’s creditors require me to do so in terms of Section 142(3) of the Insolvency Act 1986.

All creditors who have not already done so are required to lodge their claims with me by 30 June 2020.
