At an extraordinary general meeting of the sole member of the above company duly convened and held at 10am on 14 December 2016 at 12 Carden Place, Aberdeen, AB10 1UR, the following special resolution was passed:

“That the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the company and accordingly, that the company be wound up voluntarily”.

The following ordinary resolution was also passed:

“That Michael James Meston Reid, CA of Meston Reid & Co. 12 Carden Place, Aberdeen, AB10 1UR be and hereby is appointed liquidator for the purposes of the voluntary winding up”.
