A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of Grangewood Independent School, Chester Road, Forest Gate, London, E7 8QT whose nature of business is 85200 - Primary education was presented on 16 August 2022 by ASSOCIATE PROPERTIES LIMITED (incorporated in the Isle of Man) of First Floor, 18-20 North Quay, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 4LE claiming to be a creditor of the Company, will be heard at The High Court of Justice, Business & Property Courts of England and Wales, Insolvency and Companies List (ChD), 7 Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL.
