Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 1 June 2017 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the members that the Company cannot, by reason of its current and/or impending liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the Company under an insolvent winding up procedure and that Peter Hall (IP No. 3966) of Peter Hall Limited, 2 Venture Road, Science Park, Chilworth, Southampton, SO16 7NP be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of the voluntary winding up."
