At a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened and held at 30 Leicester Square, London WC2H 7LA on 9 December 2019 at 3.00pm the following resolutions were passed as a Special resolution and Ordinary resolution respectively: -

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Anthony Harry Hyams (IP No 9413) of Insolve Plus Ltd, Allan House, 10 John Princes Street, London, W1G 0AH be appointed Liquidator of the Company."
