Notice is hereby given that on 9 March 2020 a Petition was presented at Aberdeen Sheriff Court by Matthew Merchant, with a place of business at Silverbank, North Deeside Road, Banchory, AB31 5YR, craving the Court that Grampian Links Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts with company number SC513472 and having its registered office at Amicable House, 252 Union Street, Aberdeen, AB10 1TN, be wound up by the Court and interim liquidators appointed in which Petition, by interlocutor of 9 March 2020, Sheriff McLaughlin appointed all parties having an interest to lodge answers within eight days after intimation, advertisement and service, and in the meantime appointed Stuart Preston and Julie Tait, Insolvency Practitioners of Grant Thornton UK LLP to be provisional liquidators of the said company with authority to exercise the powers contained in paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part II of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986.
