NOTICE is hereby given that on 14 December 2018 a Petition was presented to Glasgow Sheriff Court by William Deas Roe, Professor Pamela Ann Gillies, Emma Matebalavu, Michael William Mustard and Mark Edward Tennant for an order to wind up Grameen Scotland Foundation (Registered Number SC398139), having their Registered Office at 1 George Square, Glasgow, G2 1AL, in which Petition, Sheriff Swanson by Interlocutor dated 14 December 2018 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers, if so advised, within eight days after intimation, service and advertisement and in the meantime appointed Brian William Milne, Insolvency Practitioner of French Duncan LLP, 133 Finnieston Street, Glasgow, G3 8HB to be Provisional Liquidator of Grameen Scotland Foundation with authority to exercise the powers contained in paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part II of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986; all of which notice is hereby given.
