Notice is hereby given that on 17 March 2020 a Petition was presented to Paisley Sheriff Court by A I B Electrical Wholesale (Glasgow) Limited, craving the Court inter alia that Graham Wholesale Electrical Ltd a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company Number: SC558888)(”the Company”) having their Registered office at 16 Orchard Drive, Glasgow, G46 7NU be wound up by the Court and that Blair James Milne of Campbell Dallas, Titanium 1, King’s Inch Place, Renfrew, Glasgow, PA4 8WF be appointed Interim Liqudator, in which Petition the Sheriff at Paisley by Interlocutor dated 17 March 2020 ordains all persons having an interest to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Paisley within eight days after intimation, advertisement or service: all of which notice is hereby given.
