At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened, and held at FRP Advisory LLP, 7th Floor, Ship Canal House, 98 King Street, Manchester, M2 4WU on 1 October 2018 at 3.45 pm, the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Ben Woolrych (IP No. 10550) and Anthony Collier (IP No. 18910) both of FRP Advisory LLP, 7th Floor, Ship Canal House, 98 King Street, Manchester, M2 4WU be and are hereby appointed Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up."
