A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of Unit 7a Radford Crescent, Billericay, CM12 0DU presented on the 6 March 2020 by Kallis & Co UK Limited whose address is 1148 High Road, Whetstone, London, N20 0RA claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at The Business and Property Courts of London and Wales, Rolls Building, 7 Rolls Buildings, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on 29 April 2020 at 10.30 am (or as soon therefter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the Hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give Notice of Intention to do so to the Petitioner or their Solicitors in accordance with Rule 7.14 by 1600 hours on 28 April 2020.
