"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Joanne Kim Rolls (IP No. 8867) and Mark Nicholas Ranson (IP No. 9299) both of Opus Restructuring LLP, 1 Radian Court, Knowlhill, Milton Keynes, MK5 8PJ be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up.”
