At a GENERAL MEETING of the above company duly convened and held at Whiteoaks Farm, The Old Sidings, Corsham Road, Lacock, Chippenham SN15 2LZ the following resolutions were passed:-

a SPECIAL RESOLUTION "that the company be wound up voluntarily"

and an ORDINARY RESOLUTION "that LAURENCE RUSSELL (IP No. 9199) of Albert Goodman LLP, Goodwood House, Blackbrook Park Avenue, Taunton, Somerset TA1 2PX be appointed liquidator of the company for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up".
