At a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened and held by Video Conference on 9 September 2021 at 11.00hrs the following resolutions were passed as a Special resolution and Ordinary resolution respectively:-

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily” and “that Martin Williamson (IP No 9222) of ipd, Marcus House, Park Hall Business Village, Park Hall Road, Stoke on Trent, ST3 5XA be appointed Liquidator of the Company.”
