Notice is hereby given that on 1 November 2019, a petition was presented to Edinburgh Sheriff Court by Gorgie City Farm, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company Number: SC338845) and having its registered office at 51 Gorgie Road, Edinburgh, Midlothian, EH11 2LA ("the Company"), craving the court inter alia that the Company be wound up and that Shona Campbell, Insolvency Practitioner of MHA Henderson Loggie LLP, the Vision Building, 20 Greenmarket, Dundee, DD1 4QB to be appointed Interim Liquidator; in which petition the Sheriff at Edinburgh by interlocutor dated 1 November 2019 ordained all persons having an interest to lodge Answers with the Sheriff Clerk at Edinburgh within 8 days of intimation, service or advertisement; and eo die appointed the said Shona Campbell to be Provisional Liquidator of the Company with the powers contained in paragraphs 4, 5, 6, 7 and 12 of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986; all of which notice is hereby given.
