At a General Meeting of the Company convened and held at 4 Atkins House, 11 Woodview Way, Caterham CR3 5WQ on 13 July 2021 at 11.00 am the following special resolution numbered one and ordinary resolutions numbered two and three were passed:

1) That the Company be wound up voluntarily.

2) That John Edmund Paylor and Sajid Sattar of Greenfield Recovery Limited, 72 Temple Chambers, Temple Avenue, London EC4Y 0HP, be appointed joint liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up.

3) That the liquidators be authorised to act jointly and severally in the liquidation.
