"That the Company be wound up voluntarily" and "that Eileen Blackburn (IP No 8605) and David McGinness (IP No. 26590) of French Duncan LLP, 56 Palmerston Place, Edinburgh, EH12 5AY be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and be authorised to act jointly or separately."
