“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Eric Walls and Wayne Harrison, both of KSA Group Ltd, C12 Marquis Court, Marquis Way, Team Valley, Gateshead, NE11 0RU, (IP No: 9113 and 9703) be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up.”
