"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Stephen Michael John Berry (IP No. 9605) and Colin David Wilson (IP No. 9478) both of Opus Restructuring LLP, Evergreen House North, Grafton Place, London, NW1 2DX be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding up."
