A Petition was presented to the Court of Session (Court Ref: P495/19) by Rae Goodfellow as director of Goodfellow Environmental Maintenance Limited, having its registered office at Block 1 Mornity Industrial Est., Airlie Street, Alyth, Perthshire, PH11 8EJ (Reg. no. SC184217) (the "Company") craving the Court, inter alia, that the Company be wound up by the Court and that a liquidator be appointed; in which Petition the Lord Ordinary by interlocutor dated 4th June appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers in the hands of the Clerk of Court, Edinburgh within eight days after intimation, advertisement or service, and meantime appointed Shona Campbell, Insolvency Practitioner of MHA Henderson Loggie, The Vision Building, 20 Greenmarket, Dundee DD1 4QB (tel: 01382 200055) to be provisional liquidator of the Company with the powers specified in Part III of Schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986 (as amended); all of which notice is hereby given
